She has coached 200+ C-suite and senior leaders, earned organizations "Best Place to Work" recognition five consecutive years, and led initiatives generating millions in savings and measurable performance gains.

Natalie holds a Master's in Organization Development and Change from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Business, Leadership & Human Resources from Concordia University.
