With more than 20 years consulting inside large, complex global organizations — including Volkswagen and Deutsche Telekom — and several family-owned businesses in the tele-communications and restaurant industries, Natalie spent her career doing exactly what small business owners need most: coaching leaders, building high-performing teams, designing scalable systems, and driving transformations that delivered real, measurable results. She has coached 200+ C-suite and senior leaders, earned organizations "Best Place to Work" recognition five consecutive years, and led initiatives generating millions in savings and measurable performance gains.
In 2024, she brought her expertise where it's needed most — to the ambitious founders, owners, and entrepreneurs of New England who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start building something that lasts.

Natalie holds a Master's in Organization Development and Change from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Business, Leadership & Human Resources from Concordia University.
